The Panama Team has returned
I received an email from Kevin today and I am pleased to hear that the Panama team has come home to the mother land. It is quite a relief for me that the trip is over as that was a huge part of my last year. It was difficult to release that trip to Shirley even though she is vastly more qualified for it than I am. It was difficult because my heart and soul was put into that trip for half a year at least and Kevin Wiens and I had been talking about it since last summer. Sigh. It is good that it is completed and now I look forward to the reports.
My report is that the hole is still not filled in and Susana is talking about the posibility of us repairing the hole ourselves. The city reported that it would be at least a month before they got around to it. I have discovered that everything takes longer here. I think that paperwork and poor management creates a lot of jobs here. Although I believe that is true everywhere.
